Reception at the Radisson

Reception at the Radisson

The Radisson SAS Hotel is my fave home away from home when I’m in Brussels. Haven’t been there this year but I thought I’d share my thoughts about the hotel here. The service at the reception was excellent! They made me feel that their goal that day was to welcome me to the hotel. Heehee, it was that good. The concierge also helped out in giving a map and pointed out the interesting areas nearby. Not a moment wasted!

Breakfast is superb! All you can eat! They’ve got various types of breakfast fare for everyone. Now this is the way to start your day — you’re sure to be well fed at the Radisson.

Personally, I love the lobby because of the natural light coming from the Atrium roof. No musty smells and dark areas. That’s me by the piano. Any requests?

The double room we got had an Asian theme. Overall, the room looked clean. I say it looked clean because after watching videos on how hotel rooms can be superficially clean, it has somewhat turned me slightly neurotic BUT I had a happy feeling about the Radisson. Everything was spic and span. The mattress was a bit soft for me but I still slept like a baby.

Room service!

Well, service in the room. Just got a cup of coffee from dear hubby. See my feet? That’s what they look like after a whole day of walking. aaaah, it feels good to come home to the Radisson!
