Ahhhh, still relishing the Cologne Christmas market. Since I took home the gluhwein mug (they sell these at the market for 4.50 euros), I could whip up our own gluhwein — Yeah!

I’ve been checking out stocking filler travel gifts for ideas on what to give my friends. I’m thinking travel here to inspire them to go and discover places next year! Here are some of my ideas.

Adults and children alike get all excited when they find out that it is a foreigner’s first time to witness the arrival of Sinterklaas. I don’t know why but every time I see children greeting him, it always brings tears to my eyes.
