			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>An uitsmijter looks to me like a heavy breakfast but to most Dutch people, it&#8217;s mostly labelled as a snack (a really heavy one). Some of my non-Dutch friends here didn&#8217;t even know what it was and they&#8217;ve been living here longer than I have!</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how to do it:</p>
<ul>
<li>Get one large plate. The largest you have.</li>
<li>Place three slices of bread, nicely fitting like a puzzle on the large plate. Did I mention that you need a large plate?</li>
<li>Slide some butter on it. On the bread, not the&#8230; large plate.</li>
<li>Place slices of roast beef or ham on the bread, about4 or 5 slices.</li>
<li>Top it off with 3 fried eggs!</li>
<li>On the side of the large plate, place some salad and fries.</li>
<li>Eat everything, except for the large plate.</li>
</ul>
